What if the event is longer than 3.5 hours?
Contact me for a custom proposal. Full-day, multi-day, multi-room, and multi-photographer coverage can be structured around your schedule and communications needs.
Can you photograph formal groups and executive portraits during the event?
Yes. Planned group photographs, leadership portraits, sponsor photographs, and an optional portrait or headshot station can be included when coordinated in advance.
What does live tethered viewing mean?
Selected photographs appear on an iPad during the event so your designated staff can review coverage and confirm important visual priorities in real time.
Do you travel outside Kalamazoo or Detroit?
Yes. EyesOpen is available for corporate and nonprofit assignments throughout Michigan and nearby markets, with travel and lodging included in a custom proposal when required.
